Go to https://www.l192.com or install app L192 [https://bit.ly/L192FAQ]. (1) Every product image posted has a product code at the bottom. In the example below, the product code is LCY785635. (2) Type the product code in the search box at the top on the web or app to find the product for its price and details including colors, sizes, dimensions, use instruction, etc.

(1) Go to the product you want to buy and click BUY NOW (2) You need to choose the color and size and click Continue so that the product is in your cart. You can continue shopping and add more products to the cart. (3) Click Checkout when you are done with shopping. (4) Choose your address and click CHECKOUT. (5) The last screen asks you to choose a payment method

(1) Click on your account at the bottom and then Order History to see the progress of your order(s). You can also track your order there once your order has become a parcel. (2) You can also track your parcel directly at Track Packages.

(1) Go to your account and then (2) click Order History to find the product you have you received and want to return. (3) Click on the three vertical dots near the product and then (4) click Request Return. (5) On the Request Return Form, please choose a reason and upload an image or video as the evidence. You can add more explanation for your return. Click Submit. You can also choose to pay the driver for the return as a goodwill gesture if the product is fine and you just want to return the product.

(1) Go to your account and (2) Click Refund as shown in the picture. You will go to the refund screen. Follow the instruction there.
