Item Description
  • Features:
  • This module uses a 24-bit high-accuracy A/D converter chip HX711, which is designed for high-accuracy electronic scales.
  • Two analog channel inputs with integrated 128x gain programmable amplifier.
  • The input circuit can be configured into bridge sensor which provide bridge pressure(eg, pressure, weighing) sensor modes, making it an ideal high-accuracy, low-cost sampling front-end module.
  • The weighting sensor is accurate and sensitive with small volume.
  • The sensor is a set of half-bridge strain gauge which has three using modes.
  • Specification:
  • Sensor Size:34*34mm/1.34*1.34in
  • Sensor Inner Construction: 1000ohm half-bridge strain gauge
  • Measuring Range: 50kg/100kg/200kg
  • Package List:
  • 4 * Weighting Sensor
  • 1 * HX711 Module
  • Users Manual:
  • When measuring, the outer side is correctly applied with external force. The strain beam part of the E-shaped sensor (that is, the beam arm with the white rubber in the middle of the strain gauge) and the outer side are to form a shearing force in the opposite direction, that is, the middle of the strain beam must be able to undergo bending changes under stress, and there should be no obstruction on the other side of the strain beam.
  • Inside the sensor is a set of half-bridge strain gauges, which can be used in the following three ways:
  • 1. Use one sensor with external resistor to form a full bridge measurement. The range is one sensor's range: 50kg. Requires higher demands of outer resistor.
  • 2. Use two sensors to form a full bridge measurement. The range is the sum of the ranges of the two sensors: 50kgx2=100kg.
  • 3. Using four sensors to form a full bridge measurement, the range is the sum of the ranges of four sensors: 50kgx4=200kg
